On vacation visiting some family for the week so I woke up early to get my run in. My legs were hurting pretty bad but as it went on the pain got better and I finished with a sub 6 mile. Mile splits for the run were 7:16, 7:01, 7:05, 6:52, 7:01, 6:35, 6:21, 5:43. It was pretty flat for the most part with the final 3 miles all with gradual downhills. I ran a 400 around where I'm staying to cool down. I elevated my legs when I was done and then rolled out a little bit. |
